Cancellation Policy

Welcome! We are excited to have you as a member and look forward to helping you achieve your nutrition goals. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before joining our program. Meeting Schedule: Our meetings are held weekly on a specific day and time, which will be agreed upon during enrollment. Meetings are an important part of the program, and we ask that you make every effort to attend them regularly. Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend a meeting, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of that week's meeting, and you will not be entitled to a makeup session. Confidentiality: All information discussed during our meetings is confidential and may not be shared with anyone. Payment: Payment for our program is due upon enrollment and must be made in full via bank transfer or in instalments using ValU. We do not offer refunds for missed meetings or early termination of the program. Participation: Participation in our program is voluntary, and we do not guarantee any specific results. You are responsible for your own nutrition and exercise choices outside of our meetings. Conduct: We expect all members to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner during meetings. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in termination. By joining our program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
